SOMATIC RELEASE & RISE™ LAKESIDE RETREAT
NOVEMBER 6TH-8TH, 2026
RETREAT BOOKING: CLICK HERE
A Somatic Journey Back to Yourself — Unwind. Release. Rise. This lakeside retreat is a deeply healing full‑body, full‑being immersion into somatic healing, emotional release, nervous system restoration, and heart‑centered awakening. Through a carefully curated sequence of facilitator‑led sessions by Diane from She Talks with Angels and Lauren from Synergy Healing 1111, along with spacious self‑guided time outdoors, guests are invited to soften, unwind, and return home to themselves.
Rather than forcing change, each modality gently invites your system to reorganize from within. This grounded, non‑invasive approach honours the body’s innate wisdom and supports whole‑system transformation — physical, emotional, and energetic — through neurologically aware practices that meet you exactly where you are.
Across the weekend, you’ll move through an arc of activation, release, reflection, and integration. Spinal Energetics™, Sound Healing, Reiki, Meditation, Fire Ceremony, Self-Love Awakening and restorative time by the water offer grounding, clarity, and space for your system to reset in the way it most needs. With spacious time outdoors, you’re invited to soften, unwind, and return home to yourself.
